I think my biggest takeaway was a reflection on where I am placing my quiet time and how I can do better with it. I let my work schedule, other obligations, and people get in the way of it and that is not okay. I am giving myself grace and learning how to do better each day. I think the second biggest thing is continuing to see how my relationship with food is not the best and finding ways to change it.

Good Morning. I have made a vow to myself that I will finish this challenge out no matter how long it takes me. So here is to finally completing day 4. I’m finishing strong because I need this and God needs me to do this so I can walk in my rightful purpose of proclaiming His excellencies to the nations.

Good Morning. Day 4&5 have not gone as well as I hoped. I was able to everything but the workbook and 64oz of water. I hope to still finish out strong today and catch up with my workbook because days without my quiet time have been nonstop busy.

Good Afternoon, Late start to my challenge today, I went shopping at Bath and Body for their candle sell (candles are self care for me). Yesterday was great. Seeing the possibility to make healthy choices and be okay was a little remarkable. I am always like I have to give into my food cravings or I wont be satisfied however that is a LIE ! So I am shifting my brain on that thought to help me for the long run. -Wake up at the same time: Completed -Complete challenge workbook: Have to finish the statement of faith (got busy with work assignments) -30 minutes of movement: Completed -Drink 64oz: Completed and surpassed -Stick to diet: Completed and did not spend money on unnecessary food -Take pictures: Completed (food and workout) Today is a bit of a struggle but I am getting to it now !
