Wellness isn't something I "do", It's is my lifestyle.
I'm Tasha a mama, maker, exhorter and sacred space curator.
Since I can remember, I've embraced healing, even before I had the words for it. From my childhood ability to make others feel seen to earning a master's degree in social work, I've navigated breaking generational habits and intentionally nourishing my family to foster the process of epigenetics. My wellness journey began in the everyday moments, and now, I empower other women to reclaim theirs.
PurposefullyTasha began as a platform to share my experiences as a mother, wife, mental health advocate, homeschooler, and purpose trainer. It has since evolved into a source of inspiration, encouragement, and empowerment, a digital haven where Black women can reconnect with themselves, enhance their identity-centered wellness journey, and healing beyond hustle, pain, and performance.
My Work Is Rooted In...
Healing is a lifestyle
It's not a one time fix, it is a daily return to wholeness in your body, your spirit, and your space.
Your purpose deserves space.
Purpose isn't a job title or hustle. It is the legacy of how you live your life.
Your story carries power
I believe your lived experience is wisdom. I honor what shaped you and empower what is emerging.
