I think my biggest takeaway was a reflection on where I am placing my quiet time and how I can do better with it. I let my work schedule, other obligations, and people get in the way of it and that is not okay. I am giving myself grace and learning how to do better each day. I think the second biggest thing is continuing to see how my relationship with food is not the best and finding ways to change it.
